Legendary Weapons, the rundown

So a fellow named PyroBurn has posted a very thorough guide on Legendary Weapons in Lotro. Seriously Lore masters who want to be like Gandalf need a sword one too, but it shouldn't be too hard for them to patch that in later, since they already built legendary swords for burglars and champions and hunters and so on.
